Article 3: Order Validation
By confirming your order by clicking on the “Validate” button, you declare that you fully and unreservedly accept it and these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Article 4: Prices
Our product prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included. IHTConsulting reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5: Payment
Payment is required immediately upon placing the order. You can make the payment using a credit card or any other means offered on the site.

Article 6: Delivery
The personalized song or video will be sent via email to the address you provided during the order. Please ensure that this address is correct.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, you do not have the right to withdraw from orders for fully personalized goods. Additionally, Article L221-21-28, 1°, states that services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with your prior consent and express waiver of your right of withdrawal, are not eligible for withdrawal.

Article 8: Intellectual Property
All elements of the MaChanson-Personnalisee.com site remain the intellectual and exclusive property of IHTConsulting. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use any elements of the site, even partially, without prior written consent from IHTConsulting.

Article 9: Personal Data
IHTConsulting reserves the right to collect nominative and personal data about you. This information is necessary for the management of your order and the improvement of the services and information we send you.

Article 10: Archiving – Proof
IHTConsulting will archive purchase orders and invoices on a reliable and durable medium constituting a true copy. The computerized records of IHTConsulting will be considered by all parties involved as proof of communications, orders, payments, and transactions.
